Updates to be rolled out on 2020 June 2

This update is not on app level so there is no need to update the app.

Merchant updates:

1. Gaining merchant quest points will now be a little easier as play, receive and send gifts will lend more points then they do now. Changes cannot be disclosed right now.

2. Head mentors will be able to create short digit ids limited to 1 ID / 48 Hour.

General updates:

1. Chatroom by counties will now provide vouchers that will provide ions, These vouchers can be used by up to 10 users. Newbies chatroom will still have BIONS vouchers.
