Today we will be seeing what are the different posts on npio, how you can get them and detailed information about every posts that are available.

In npio, all the posts goes through the progression. Progression is:

Certified members > Coach > Admin 

You cant directly become admin without being certified member at first. First, you need to be certified member, and then if you are active enough, you get coach and if you are still active and helpful enough, you might get admin.

1. Certified members (CM)

- Certified members are helps in npio.  They are identified by dark blue ids on chatrooms.

FAQ's about CM:

1. When do you select certified members?
 - We dont have exact schedule for selecting certified members. Rather, we do it randomly OR when we need some active members around npio.

2. Who can apply for CM?
-  When application for CM opens, you can apply and see all requirements in announcements and updates page. When this article was written, the requirement was 100 Level and 30 days old account.

3. How can i be CM?
- Be active, behave nicely, help others and talk in official chatroom more and apply when the selection opens. You also need to meet requirements

2. Coach

- Coach are excellent helpers in npio. 

FAQ's about Coach:

1. Can i directly be coach?
 - No, we select coach from certified members only.

2. Who can apply for Coach?
-  Only certified members can.

3. How can i be Coach?
- First, you need to be selected as certified member and then, be active, behave nicely, help others and talk in official chatroom more. We manually select coach based on activeness and behaviors on npio chatroom.

3. Admins

- Coach are excellent helpers in npio.  They are identified by orange id on chatrooms.

FAQ's about Admin:

1. Can i directly be admin?
 - No, we select coach from coach only.

2. Who can apply for Coach?
-  Only coaches can.

3. How can i be Admin?
- First, you need to be selected as coach and then, be active, behave nicely, help others and talk in official chatroom more. We manually select admins based on activeness and behaviors on npio chatroom. 

Other posts: 

Country representative (CR)

- CR are excellent helpers for members in the their respective country.  They can be found on official chatrooms as well as private rooms. They are identified by orange color username and have a globe sign near their username on chats.

FAQ's about staff:

1. How may CRs are allowed from one country?
 - There can only be 1 CR from each country.

2. Can i be CR?
- Do you have many users of npio from your country? If yes, can you guide them and bring more users in npio? If yes then you might be eligible.

3. How can i apply?
- Please send email to npiodevelopers@gmail.com with following things.

Email content:
- Name, country and other personal details.
- Answers to these questions:
* In average, how many members are there from your country ?
* Can you bring more members to npio ? How will you do that ?
* Can you stay active in npio ? How many hours can you commit to npio ?
* Why should we select you ?
- Attach your identity proof that cleary shows your face and country you reside.

4. What if i am from xxx country and i want to be CR from another country?
 - No, its not allowed and If anyone is found doing this, we will immediately remove the post and suspend their account.

Staffs and official accounts

- Staffs are people who work on npio on the office present physically. Some staffs work remotely as well. They are identified by orange  color usernames. They can be found on official chatrooms as well as private rooms.

Official accounts are represented by orange color usernames with tick mark on chats. You can solve your issues with the help of official accounts.

FAQ's about staff:

1. Can i be staff ?
 - No, currently we have enough staffs on npio and we will not be recruiting any staffs in the future.

2. Will the post open?
- No, we will not be recruiting any staffs in the near future. 

3. Can i pay to be staff?
- No, you cant.

4. Can i get official account post?
- When we are in need for some official post, we  announce it on npio. Currently, we dont need any official post members, but, you can apply when the selection opens. We currently have one post (OCSR) Official customer support representative who help users solve their problems.
