Merchantship and transfer changes on npio

IMPORTANT NOTICE FOR : HEAD MENTORS, MENTORS AND MERCHANTS.

 Notice #1: Head mentors, mentors and merchants will get extension of 30 days from APRIL 1,2020 if they have their color active on APRIL 1 

Notice #2. All the tags will be extended for 30 days if they are active on APRIL 1,2020.  

Notice #3: Members who are currently mentors will retain their red color even after APRIL 1, 2020. They will not be demoted to merchant on APRIL 1. But, if they are unable to retain their mentor points for next month, they will be demoted to merchant and if they are not able to gain even the merchant survival points then they will be demoted from merchant program. Also from APRIL 1, only red ids can recruit merchants (Read more from below). So, if you want to continue creating more merchants, be red before April 1.

Changes in merchant-ship enrollment amount : (Effective from APRIL 1, 2020)

- HMT enrollment:  purchase at least 900,000 IONS officially.

- Merchant enrollment: Transfer from fellow merchant, mentor or HEAD MENTOR of at least 100,000 IONS

- Mentor enrollment: Only allowed through promotion from merchant. Mentor monthly transaction is same as that of merchant.

Other important notice for merchant and credit transfer system

Recruitment changes:

Only mentors and head mentors can now recruit merchants. Merchants are not allowed to recruit new merchants.  Also, there is a limit on how many merchants a mentor can recruit.

Mentors can transfer unlimited credits but can only create new merchants of the amount they purchase. For instance, if mentor purchases 200,000 IONS credits from HMT, he/she can create two new merchants. If 500,000 next time, he/she can create +5 more. More they buy, more they can recruit. Chances for merchant creation will stock up and will not expire.

If anyone has been promoted to mentor from merchant and he/she wants to recruit others. He/she needs to purchase credits directly from head mentor to get more chances.

On APRIL 1,2020, All red ids (Mentor) will have 1 chance by default.

There is no limit for head mentors.

Time restriction for enrolling in merchant program:

Anyone interested for enrolling into merchant program should now enroll within every 20th of the month. After 20th of month, till the next month no one is allowed to enter into merchant program.

No demotion on request:

No demotion is available for merchant or mentor on request. Once a merchant becomes mentor, he/she cant be demoted again to merchant upon request. For that a mentor must collect less points next month which will automatically demote them.


Credit transfer restrictions will be relaxed :

Restrictions  set on credits transfer will be relaxed. Transfer from mentor to mentor and merchant to merchant will be allowed. There will be no limit on the credit transfer between normal members as well. Still, transfer from head mentor to head mentor will not be allowed.

Head mentor to head mentor = Not allowed
Mentor to mentor = Allowed
Mentor to merchant = Allowed
Merchant to mentor = Allowed
Merchant to merchant = Allowed
Mentor, merchant and normal users to Head mentor = Not allowed
User to merchants, mentor and head mentor = Not allowed

PLEASE BE WARNED: Transferring credits bank for the sake of merchant enrollment only is strictly prohibited. If anyone is found doing that, everyone involved in this deed will be penalized and color removed.


Direct mentor-ship will not be allowed:

 Now, merchants should go through the point collection process for being red (Mentor). Being mentor directly through payment is not available.

Changes in merchant point collection system:

From April 1, expect point (merchant quest) system to be a little harder. New quest will be rolled out on April 1 itself.


Coloring is now restricted for Head mentors:

From April 1, 2020, Head mentors will not be able to color accounts instantly. Once the transaction is made, head mentor or merchant must notify customer support representative about the transaction. After the transaction is thoroughly checked, color is provided within 24-48 hours. If the transaction is found suspicious, color will be removed and account might be penalized.


Changes in point collection period and merchant-ship period:

From April 1, every merchants, mentor and head mentors need to collect their respective points and/or perform the transaction within end of each month (English month).

Previously, 30 days were counted from the starting day of merchant-ship but from April 1, if a merchant is recruited on APRIL 1, he/she will have 29-31 days for point collection but if the merchant is recruited on APRIL 15, merchant will now have only 14-16 days to collect the point and perform the transaction.

Every 1st day of month, all quests will be reset, if someone has not performed the transaction or collected the point, color will be removed.

If the color of any head mentor, or merchant is removed, he/she will be unable to enter into merchant program in any form until 60 days.

If mentor is unable to collect the required survival point, he/she will be demoted to merchant for the next month.


Changes in merchant and user tagging :

TAG confirmation:

When credit is transferred, instead of the users/merchant being tagged to that  merchant, he/she will need to accept the tag invitation. This is to prevent unauthorized tags on npio.

Tag invitations are sent on notifications and are available to be viewed from merchant center page. Anyone can have multiple pending tag requests from which a member can choose or decline.

Once the tag is made by the confirmation, neither HMT, neither staff, no one can change the tag to someone else until the tag expires after 30 days of the tag creation period.

In order to extend tag too, confirmation is required.

New tag confirmation creation rate:

For sending tag confirmation to normal members: 5,000 IONS (Only if there is no current tag)

For sending tag confirmation to merchant and mentor: 100,000 IONS . (Only if the previous tag has expired after 30 days)

These rates can only create notifications or requests in merchant center and they WILL NOT CREATE TAGS AUTOMATICALLY. Also, users/merchants cant be forced to accept the tag invitation. They cant be tagged unless accepted from merchant center.
